It was a time of hope in a new future. The Tories were gone, the Berlin wall had come down, Acid house had stormed the nation, everyone had got on one and danced all night.
Samplers and digital audio were becoming widely available. This was a time of open frontiers, a musical gold rush, where anything was possible and where everything was achievable from your bedroom. New genres were being born by the day as the electronic dance revolution smashed its way through the 90s taking no prisoners in its wake.
And it was at this moment in time, that the Tricknologist was born.
No-one knows quite when or where, or who they are. Some even doubt their existence.
But if you have ever experienced the joy and delight of a Tricknology release on the dancefloor you will be in no doubt about one thing, that’s sure..... This mofo knows how to rock a party.
Tricknology releases have been played at all the major clubs across the world, on various radio one essential mixes, and by many big name DJs such as Plump DJs, Freestylers, Fatboy Slim, Orbital, Josh Wink, etc.
Finally, following a long ‘vacation’ on an island guarded by sharks, the Tricknologist is rumored to be back once again (like a renegade master) in the studio concocting a healthy dose of musical mash to accompany your weekends.
